BBQ Sauce – Easy Tasty Japanese Recipe

This apple and onion sauce is amazing on steaks, sausages, and mash potato.

Ingredients

• Onion … 1/2
• Apple (red) … 1/2
• Red wine or sake … 2tbsp
• Soy sauce … 3tbsp
• Mirin … 3tbsp
• Sugar … 1tsp

How to make sauce

1. Chop onion and apple into quarters.
2. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend away.
3. Pour into a small pot and boil down.
